With training from the NGLCC, she coaches and guides businesses in creating action plans to achieve LGBTBE®-certification, supporting diversity, supplier inclusion, and connecting them to opportunities via the NGLCC’s proprietary database. As an advocate and ally for the LGBTQ+ community, Kelly is committed to fostering equitable, inclusive environments and promoting local economic growth. Based on Oahu, she enjoys spending time with her dog Lizzie, brunching with friends, reading tarot cards and volunteering with Honolulu, Habitat for Humanity and CASA Hawaii.

Spill The Tea Cafe (STTC) is more than just a clinic, it's a safe space for adolescents who are navigating the stress of, well, adolescence. We understand that being a teenager can be tough, with unique social, emotional, and developmental struggles that can take a toll on mental well-being. Our focus is to provide comprehensive and evidence-based treatment and support that is accessible, compassionate, and personalized to each individual teenager who walks through our doors.
 
At STTC, we offer a range of services, including individual and group therapy, mentorship, care coordination, and psychoeducation, to address the specific needs and preferences of each teen. We also extend our support to families and caregivers, providing community resources and referrals to help them navigate the challenges of mental health, and achieve lasting recovery and resilience for their youth. Our goal is to promote the mental health and well-being of adolescents and to help our keiki shine.

Born and raised in Delaware, I moved with my family to the Island of Hawai’i where I received my Accounting degree from the University of Hawai’i. I formed Taylor Elite Enterprises LLC to aid individuals, small business owners, and entrepreneurs.

At a young age, I witnessed how misinformation can send our children straight from high school and into debt. Without the proper guidance, students have no idea what it takes to build credit, become financially stable or how to develop residual income. I intend to stop this downward cycle by teaching the fundamentals of finance management to all who are interested.

I am a member of the National Society for Leadership and Success as well as a member of the Hawaii Rainbow Chamber of Commerce. When I am not studying to complete my degree in Finance, I volunteer at the Veterans Center and provide consultations for those seeking financial freedom and those beginning their entrepreneurial journey.
