We represent and advocate for small businesses, individuals, corporations, and nonprofit associations whose members share values of inclusion, diversity, and equality of opportunity in the workplace, marketplace and society.

Save the dates–Oct. 17-19, 2025–for Honolulu Pride Weekend!
Join the community for a sunset Parade down Kalākaua Avenue at 3pm and a night time Festival at Waikīkī Shell starting at 5pm. Enjoy the cool afternoon shade and the evening breeze as we celebrate the spirit of equality for all people of Hawai‘i.
The Festival will feature national and local entertainers, craft and merchandise vendors, a resource fair, ‘ohana and kūpuna zones, onolicious food and beverages, and lots of MVPFAFF/LGBGTQIA+ aloha.
Honolulu Pride Month is celebrated in October to coincide with LGBT History Month, National Coming Out Day and Spirit Day. With dozens of community events, parties, cultural and educational gatherings and more, thereʻs something for everyone. E komo mai!

The Hawaii Rainbow Chamber of Commerce held a free Cyber Security workshop with dinner included at Kapiolani Community College on Monday, November 18th or Tuesday November 19th from 5:30 – 7:30 pm. The workshop was taught by KCC faculty experts in cybersecurity.Good news is there are more of these workshops to come!There’s no cost to join and we welcome all Rainbow Chamber of Commerce members, small businesses, nonprofits and others in the community who would benefit from an eye-opening session on current issues in cybersecurity how to adopt methods to protect your organization and its information. These workshop are aimed at smaller organizations who may not have a tech staff to support cybersecurity, and will focus on ease of understanding and implementation of ideas.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME CELEBRATING HONOLULU 2024 PRIDE PARADE AND CARRYING THE GILBERT BAKER ORIGINAL PRIDE FLAG
Saturday, October 19th at 4 pm at Magic Island
We had a very special flag to carry for Hawaii this year as the Chamber had been selected to carry the original Gilbert Baker Pride Flag!
It was a wonderful chance to share aloha and be with like-minded people and the crowd was filled with aloha.
