Sometimes your business has what it takes to close the deal and get the job done; sometimes you need to bring in others. In this workshop, you will learn the critical elements of every successful coalition and how to build the trust that is essential to sustaining the relationship through the rough times.
Brian Gorman (TransformingLives Coach) has spent decades engaging in and studying change at the individual, organizational, and societal levels. He has been an LGBT+ rights activist, Native American rights activist, and AIDS activist. Brian shares his deep understanding of successfully achieving and sustaining change through writing, speaking, coaching, consulting, and training.
