April 26 – 30: Out Leadership OutNext Alumni Summit 2021

Five full days of Out Leadership’s first annual OutNext Alumni Summit, rebuilding off the success of the OutNext Global Virtual Summit in August of 2020 with a brand new curriculum developed by Out Leadership, member firms, and various elite OutNext alumni leaders. Join Out Leadership as they continue to expand on the topics of intersectionality, bridging the digital divide in the work from home world, and more. This first of its kind talent program focuses on developing LGBTQ+ leaders to serve on corporate boards. With 6+ curriculum sessions and a range of additional content, this new summit will help further grow and prepare future LGBTQ leaders into tomorrow’s C Suite.
