Join Congressman Kaiali’i Kahele from Hawaiʻi’s 2nd Congressional District for a discussion about the recently passed American Rescue Plan and what it means for Hawaii. According to whitehouse.com, “the American Rescue Plan is delivering direct relief to the American people, rescuing the American economy, and starting to beat the virus. The plan includes funding to provide direct relief to Americans, safely reopen schools, and mount a national vaccination program and contain COVID-19.”
