The Hawaiʻi Rainbow Business Alliance is growing Hawaiʻi’s LGBTQ+ allies business community. We represent and advocate for small businesses, individuals, corporations, governmental entities and nonprofit associations whose members share values of inclusion, diversity, and equality of opportunity in the workplace, marketplace and society for all people.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Joe Bock
(he/him/his)
Joe Bock is a Hawaiʻi business owner, community advocate, and former attorney who has spent his career building connections between local and national businesses, and for profit and non-profit organizations, with emphasis on Hawaiʻi’s visitor industry. As Partner and General Manager for NMG Network, he works with organizations across the islands to develop marketing, media, and community engagement programs that support economic growth and strengthen Hawaiʻi’s unique sense of place.
Beyond his professional work, Joe has dedicated significant time to volunteer leadership and community service. He has served on the boards and committees of organizations including Hawaiʻi LGBT Legacy Foundation, Gregory House Programs, Hawaiʻi Opera Theatre, Make-a-Wish Foundation Hawaiʻi, American Heart Association Hawaiʻi, Hawaiʻi Publishers Association, Outrigger Canoe Club, among others, as well as serving as a Commissioner for the Honolulu Liquor Commission. A longtime supporter of Hawaiʻi’s LGBTQ+ community, he is passionate about creating opportunities for diverse voices, fostering meaningful connections, and helping local businesses and professionals thrive.
Joe’s contributions to Hawaiʻi’s business community have been recognized through honors including Pacific Business News’ 40 Under 40 and Business of Pride awards. He brings to the Hawaiʻi Rainbow Business Alliance board a collaborative leadership style, a strong commitment to service, and a belief that vibrant, inclusive communities are built through partnership, visibility, and shared success.
Randy Soriano

Randy Soriano is a nonprofit executive and marketing leader with nearly 20 years of experience in strategic management, fundraising, program development, and community engagement across Hawaiʻi. As Executive Director of the Hawaiʻi LGBT Legacy Foundation, he leads statewide initiatives that support Hawaiʻi’s LGBTQIA+ & MVPFAFF community through impactful programs, partnerships, and events.
Previously, he led marketing and communications at Title Guaranty Hawaiʻi, part of Fidelity National Financial, where he oversaw brand strategy, client engagement, and business development initiatives for the state’s largest kamaʻāina title and escrow company.
A collaborative and mission-driven leader, Randy has served as a three-term President of the Rotary E-Club of Hawaiʻi and has held board roles with several community organizations including Hawai‘i Health and Harm Reduction Center and Hawaiʻi Foodbank. He chaired Honolulu Pride in 2022, leading the event to record-breaking attendance, and is a graduate of the Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawaiʻi Fellows Program.
His recognitions include Pacific Business News’ Business of Pride (2019) and 40 Under 40 (2025), as well as Pacific Edge Magazine’s Young Professional of the Year (2022).
Kevin Martin

Kevin Martin is a coach, educator, and founder of SHAMELESS Foundation, helping gay men heal shame, reconnect with their bodies, and build deeper self-acceptance.
Drawing from psychology, somatic practices, mindfulness, and his own lived experience, Kevin guides men in exploring the relationship between shame, trauma, sexuality, and embodiment. His work centers on the belief that healing happens not through performance or perfection, but through learning to safely inhabit the body again.
Through courses, workshops, retreats, guided meditations, and digital content, Kevin helps gay men release patterns of self-rejection, develop greater self-trust, and experience more freedom in their relationships, sexuality, and daily lives.
His mission is simple: to help gay men come home to themselves.
Ryan Hew

David Lammay
(he/him/his)

David Lammay, born in South Lake Tahoe, CA and current resident of O‘ahu for 20+ years, is a proud alumnus of Chaminade University where he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and brings more than 22 years of banking and operational leadership experience to the Hawai‘i Rainbow Business Alliance. He serves as Vice President and Senior Manager of Loan Documentation and Operations at Bank of Hawai‘i, where he has built a career focused on operational excellence, risk management, and supporting Hawai‘i’s business community. In addition to his core responsibilities, David serves as one of the co‑chairs of Bank of Hawai‘i’s RainBOH employee resource group, which is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for LGBTQIA+ employees and allies.
David is strongly committed to community engagement and service. As an active participant in Bank of Hawai‘i’s Live Kōkua volunteer program, he supports initiatives that strengthen local communities across the islands. He also serves as Board President of the Boys & Girls Club of Hawai‘i – Windward Clubhouse and serves on the Board of the Hawai‘i Health & Harm Reduction Center, an organization dedicated to reducing health disparities, advancing health equity, and providing essential services to Hawai‘i’s most vulnerable populations.
David joined the Hawai‘i Rainbow Business Alliance to help expand economic opportunity for LGBTQIA+ small business owners and to support the development of a comprehensive directory highlighting gay‑owned and gay‑friendly businesses. He is committed to fostering visibility, connection, and inclusive growth within Hawai‘i’s diverse business landscape. Outside of work, David enjoys traveling with his husband, collecting wine, and spending time with his two golden retrievers.
